This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders on their side.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's business and analyze their specific requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues.
• Offer daily consultations on product usage.
• Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for clients and their teams.
• Engage with the development team to gather and analyze client feedback.
• Actively participate in shaping the product backlog.
• Develop manuals and documentation for customers on how to use the product.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at a B2 level; native or near-native Russian skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager, Support Specialist, or Consultant.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
• Strong self-organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Negotiation experience is a plus.
• Experience in the IT sector is advantageous.
