This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• In the role of Junior Account Manager, you will be essential in nurturing and enhancing relationships with our clients while strengthening our presence in the local market.
• Broaden and reinforce the presence in the designated territory;
• Cultivate and enhance our partnerships with signed associates (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to boost their performance;
• Work alongside the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory;
• Follow up with both existing and prospective partners to deliver system training;
• Resolve incident issues, ensuring partner support;
• Manage payments: supervise and guarantee accuracy in transaction processing;
• Conduct market and competitive environment analyses;
• Provide regular, detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems.
• Key qualifications
• - Relevant experience: Ideally, possess 1 year of experience in the travel industry with comprehensive knowledge of the country's travel market; specialization in account management or business development for B2B travel companies;
• - Personal skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an enthusiasm for innovative technology, comfortable in a fast-paced business environment, and a team player;
• - Analytical skills: Familiar with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient with numbers;
• - International mindset: Capable of understanding and working across diverse cultural contexts that reflect ETG’s global presence;
• - Willingness for business travel: 10-20% of working hours may be required for market visits.
