This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Job Responsibilities:
• - Enhance and solidify our footprint in the designated area;
• - Cultivate and advance relationships with existing partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to boost their performance;
• - Work alongside the sales team to pinpoint and expand opportunities within the area;
• - Follow up with both current and potential partners to deliver system training;
• - Establish the brand presence within the travel industry through continuous product presentations and networking events;
• - Resolve incident issues while ensuring partner support;
• - Manage payment processes, ensuring accuracy in transaction handling;
• - Allocate approximately 10% of your working hours to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities;
• - Conduct market and competitive landscape analysis;
• - Provide regular and comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems;
• - **Market Knowledge**. Familiarity with the local travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• - **Language Proficiency**. Fluent in English and Serbian, with additional languages being an advantage;
• - **Travel Requirements**. Up to 10% of travel time may be necessary;
• - **Analytical Skills**. Proficient in data-driven decision-making, metrics-focused, and comfortable with numbers;
• - **Personal Attributes**. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, open to innovative technology, adaptable to a rapidly changing business environment, and a team player;
• - **International Perspective**. Capability to understand and operate across various cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
