This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients while reinforcing our market presence locally.
• Expand and strengthen the presence in the designated territory;
• Cultivate and enhance our partnerships with signed affiliates (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to boost their performance;
• Work alongside the sales team to identify and seize opportunities within the territory;
• Follow up with both existing and new partners to provide training on our systems;
• Address incident issues, ensuring support for our partners;
• Manage payments: oversee and ensure the precision of transaction processing;
• Conduct market and competitive environment analysis;
• Deliver regular, detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems.
Key qualifications
• Relevant experience: Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in the travel industry with strong knowledge of the country's travel market; specialized in account management or business development for B2B travel companies;
• Language Skills: Proficient in Armenian and English – fluency in both spoken and written forms is essential.
• Personal skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, with a keen interest in innovative technology, and comfortable in a fast-paced business environment; a team player;
• Analytical skills: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-focused, and adept with numbers;
• International mindset: Capability to understand and operate across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global reach;
• Readiness for business trips: 10-20% of your working time may be required for market visits.
