This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of the Small Accounts team, your role will be pivotal in overseeing our B2B clients with vehicle fleets ranging from six to 13 vehicles.
• Once the Sales team secures the contract, you will serve as the main contact for our current customers and provide support throughout their entire customer journey.
• Depending on your area of focus, you will concentrate either on customer retention and renewals (Account Retention) or on growth and fleet expansion (Account Expansion).
• In both roles, you will offer personalized advice to clients, recognize their unique requirements, and create customized mobility solutions.
• Collaborating with your team, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of FINN.
• You hold a completed (Bachelor’s) degree or vocational training.
• You possess initial practical experience in account management, sales, customer success, or customer service, preferably in a B2B setting.
• For the Account Expansion position, prior experience in new business acquisition is considered advantageous.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy engaging directly with customers.
• You exhibit entrepreneurial and structured thinking, with a keen drive to question and enhance existing processes.
• Your working style is proactive, with a good intuition for customer needs and opportunities.
• You are fluent in German and have excellent proficiency in English.
• This role is located in Munich, with the option to work fully remotely or from home within Germany.
