This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise all facets of client projects
• Generate opportunities, develop idea kits, and manage customer data
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Handle multiple clients and projects at the same time
• Identify and source impactful products that meet client requirements
• Attend meetings with vendors
• Engage in ongoing training sessions
• Precisely document, oversee, and report on activities
• 1-2 years of experience in Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management roles
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Capability to work overnight/graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or during US operating hours
• Proficient in using NetSuite (mandatory)
• Experience with other CRM or ERP systems is preferred
