Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration process for customer onboarding, ensuring that new laboratories are established in line with operational standards.

• Support laboratory personnel and client administrators with fundamental LIS training.

• Offer entry-level software assistance and handle initial troubleshooting requests.

• Serve as a primary liaison between clinical clients and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to facilitate timely issue resolution.

• Record customer insights and feature suggestions to enhance the software development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Formal training in a laboratory setting or practical experience in a clinical lab (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields).

• Previous experience with a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or academic context; excellent communication skills.
