This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Field sales executive dedicated to achieving revenue and margin objectives within assigned accounts through customer engagement.

• Recognizes customer requirements and utilizes the company’s value proposition to stimulate sales growth and enhance profitability.

• Cultivates strategic relationships and aligns the goals of the customer and the business, devising and managing a collaborative business and execution plan for mutual success among the customer, vendor partners, and the company.

• Acts as the primary liaison for customers, facilitating access to the company's resources that foster high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, as indicated by surveys and share of wallet metrics.

• Establishes robust, strategic relationships with customers to discern and leverage their business objectives, growth plans, and profit drivers, delivering the suitable business value proposition sales solution strategy.

• Provides leadership and direction in essential customer planning and engagement initiatives.

• Conducts critical customer analyses to identify and utilize the partner’s marketing initiatives to enhance growth in their customer’s solution capabilities.

• Collaborates with customers in joint planning that incorporates the company's services, programs, and supplier partnerships, securing customer commitment to develop a comprehensive investment in strategies that enhance the company’s market presence, entanglement, and financial objectives.

• Facilitates regular business reviews with assigned accounts to monitor progress toward revenue and growth targets and oversees the execution of the business plan.

• Maintains oversight of the pipeline and performance metrics for assigned customers, conducting analyses and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Supports supplier strategies by aligning solutions with customers to optimize profitable growth and customer expansion.

• Prioritizes customers and opportunities with the highest potential for success.

• Diligently manages profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires less than 2 years of experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and job skills.

• Self-motivated.

• Practical and results-oriented.

• Extroverted personality.

• Strong customer relations skills.

• Capable of identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
