This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for designated auction clients regarding Auction Edge products, systems, and services, including resolving issues.
• Assess and analyze customer requirements, suggest solutions, handle requests, evaluate business needs, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and experience by facilitating effective communication between Auction Edge and auction houses.
• Oversee and manage support requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Record account activities and ensure transparency using Account Management tools.
• Coordinate the production and review of monthly scorecards with auction leadership.
• Provide field product insights to product teams.
• Assist the Accounting department with customer inquiries related to invoicing or collections issues.
• Cultivate relationships with auction staff and maintain regular communication.
• Educate clients on new products and services offered.
• Share best practices to enhance auction performance and bolster Edge sales.
• Collaborate with Install/Training teams during the implementation and setup of assigned services and products.
• Manage, monitor, and analyze trends in NetSuite support-ticketing and CRM systems for effective SLA management.
• Support senior team members with complex or escalated client requirements.
• Aid in troubleshooting client-related issues.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients.
• Contribute to projects that impact clients directly.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience as an Auction Edge employee, auction employee, or consultant.
• Capability to establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned auctions through effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to foster and maintain internal relationships through robust communication skills.
• Familiarity with auction management systems and/or other auction-related products and services.
• Experience in managing issue resolution that involves both customers and cross-functional teams.
• A strong desire to comprehend user behaviors and motivations.
• Proficiency in managing a portfolio of assigned customers throughout the client lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, research skills, and the capacity to interpret business metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Competence in facilitating and leading customer-facing meetings.
• Working knowledge of CRM and support-ticketing tools, particularly NetSuite.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary.
• In-depth understanding of auction operations and the automotive industry is preferred.
• Existing connections within the independent auction community are preferred.
• Experience in business consulting is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in the Auction Edge suite of tools, including Auction Management System, Spark, and CR Simplified is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship from Auction Edge.
