This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the sales process — encompassing new customer acquisition, contract finalization, and the expansion of current accounts.
• Identify, assess, and secure new clients effectively.
• Establish long-lasting, trust-based connections with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Recognize upselling and cross-selling possibilities and proactively nurture customer accounts.
• Perform needs assessments, product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop account and pipeline strategies, forecasts, and revenue plans.
• Assume commercial responsibility for negotiations leading to successful contract agreements.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Track relevant sales KPIs to ensure target attainment, forecast accuracy, and sustainable growth.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or software context.
• Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and the growth/scaling of existing accounts.
• Capability to analyze customer requirements and effectively position complex software solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, data-driven, and self-motivated work style.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and possesses a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in German and possess a strong command of English.
