Junior Account Executive – Closing ADR, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Outbound Pipeline Development (50%): Create and execute multi-touch sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn aimed at B2B stakeholders. You will engage in purposeful cold calling, conducting research prior to each call, tailoring your pitch, and leveraging ZoomInfo and internal AI tools to pinpoint high-intent buying indicators.

• Inbound Qualification & Routing (50%): Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound demo requests and content-driven leads. Qualify leads promptly, schedule high-context discovery calls for Senior Account Executives, and function as the essential "human in the loop" for more intricate prospects.

• Comprehensive SMB Closing: Manage the full sales cycle for self-sourced SMB transactions. Should a deal become more complex after the discovery phase, you will work alongside a Senior Account Executive while remaining engaged with the deal, gaining insights into how advanced B2B enterprise sales cycles function.


⛳️ Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English skills, demonstrating clear and concise communication.

• Sales Experience: Over 2 years of outbound-focused B2B sales experience, including cold calling, with a proven track record of utilizing various outreach channels (phone, LinkedIn, email). Any closing experience (even informal), such as late-stage deal support, trial conversions, or renewals, will be advantageous.

• Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, UserGems, and Claude/ChatGPT.

• Industry Experience: Background in B2B Tech or SaaS is mandatory. Experience selling to HR, People, Culture, or Corporate Operations teams will be preferred.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build rapport and effectively handle objections.
