This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the position of Junior Account Executive (hybrid role), you will closely collaborate with our Head of Sales while actively supporting the entire sales funnel, which includes market and target-customer analysis, outbound and inbound activities, as well as pitch and proposal preparation.
• Conduct analysis of new industries, target customers, and pertinent stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts for both outbound and partnership efforts.
• Independently perform outreach in both established and emerging industries.
• Manage and qualify incoming leads.
• Prepare and, over time, autonomously deliver pitches.
• Maintain and enhance our CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Work closely with the product, science, and marketing teams.
• Assist in developing sales processes and playbooks.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a B2B tech/SaaS environment.
• Initial experience in outbound, inbound, or account-based sales.
• A highly organized working style complemented by strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient use of CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive).
• Dependability, a hands-on mentality, and an ownership mindset.
• Genuine curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for a growing environment.
• Interest in complex technical products that necessitate explanation.
• Direct collaboration with the Head of Sales, including coaching and hands-on support.
• Clearly defined KPIs and OKRs with transparent performance evaluation.
