This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducting discovery, demonstration, and closing calls with retail decision-makers.
• Overseeing a pipeline of mid-market opportunities from qualified lead to successful closure.
• Cultivating enduring relationships with leaders in Loss Prevention and Operations.
• Mastering our value proposition to navigate intricate organizations and drive deals to completion.
• Providing engaging product demonstrations customized to the operational needs of retail and grocery buyers.
• Formulating and implementing deal strategies to traverse multi-stakeholder organizations and close confidently.
• Collecting and disseminating insights from prospect discussions to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging.
• Reporting on competitor activities, objection trends, and emerging developments in retail security.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales closing role (SDR with closing experience, inside sales, or junior Account Executive).
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals and independently overseeing a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to contract conclusion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — your follow-ups are precise, and your presentations convey a narrative.
• Ability to navigate a lengthy sales cycle with discipline and consistent follow-through.
• Highly organized methodology for pipeline management and prioritization of accounts.
• Familiarity with sales technology stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
