This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct exploratory calls to showcase LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions.
• Consult with clients to evaluate hiring requirements and illustrate service value.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts to enhance revenue and value.
• Work in collaboration with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and prompt talent delivery.
• Maintain and expand client relationships after the sale.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive with a USA-based company.
• Demonstrated capability to drive sales from prospecting through to closing.
• Strong grasp of sales processes and dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CRMs and Sales Technology Tools.
