This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with management to formulate a recruitment strategy.
• Perform job analysis and create specialized experience statements along with assessment tools.
• Engage in recruitment efforts targeting the general public (Delegated Examining).
• Utilize model assessment tools when suitable.
• Advertise vacancy announcements.
• Evaluate candidates for eligibility, qualifications, and veteran preference.
• Provide certificates of eligibles to management officials.
• Conduct thorough quality reviews of staffing case files.
• Confirm candidate eligibility and qualifications prior to appointment.
• Execute general, specialized, or targeted outreach recruitment activities.
• Create vacancy announcements using the USA Staffing automated staffing tool.
• Address inquiries from supervisors and candidates.
• Review applications to assess basic eligibility and qualifications.
• Coordinate rating panels and distribute certificates to candidates.
• Experience in posting vacancy announcements using USA Staffing.
• Familiarity with USA Hire and other second-hurdle assessment methods.
• Currently certified in Delegated Examining (DE).
• A minimum of three (3) years of staffing experience within the Federal Government.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation.
