JDE CNC Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install, upgrade, and maintain the JD Edwards technical infrastructure.

• Provide daily assistance to end-users, Application Programmers, and Business Analysts.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Conduct system maintenance activities.

• Design and support system automation initiatives.

• Enhance system performance.

• Assist with technical upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

• Primarily work remotely, with minimal travel to client sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical discipline is preferred.

• Capability to collaborate effectively as a team member in alignment with the organization's objectives.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Over 5 years of consulting experience, including technical support, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

• At least 1 year of experience with JD Edwards application software from E1 9.x.

• Willingness to travel minimally to client locations.

• Over 5 years of Technical JDE CNC consulting experience.

• More than 3 years of experience with JD Edwards application software.

• At least 1 year of experience with structured query language (SQL).

• Over 4 years of System Administration experience with JD Edwards E1.

• Experience in Installation & Upgrade of J2EE application servers (WebSphere - Application Server, Oracle Application Server, or WebLogic Application Server).

• Experience in Installation & Configuration of Business Services.

• Proficient in Installation and Upgrade of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Windows, Unix, Linux, or AS/400.

• Experience in installing/supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Services (BSSV) and JDE Orchestrator.

• Proficient in using SQL for troubleshooting database issues.

• Familiarity with server monitoring tools such as BMC Patrol or SiteScope.
