This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborating closely with franchise operations to provide guidance, training, and support regarding accounting and job costing software.
• Assisting end users with their inquiries and delivering training sessions.
• Overseeing, supporting, and managing financial help desk calls and tickets.
• Promptly addressing all support requests received through email, Teams, Zoom, or phone.
• Conducting software installation, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Generating reports from QuickBooks for management or team members.
• Training franchise personnel on accounting procedures, job costing, and PDR business workflows.
• Coordinating with team members when issues arise that necessitate corporate intervention.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business, or finance.
• Knowledge or background in bookkeeping/accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
• Experience or background in computer usage/support.
• Background in training and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related training roles.
• Previous experience as a trainer is considered an asset.
