Java/Angular Fullstack Developer – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create reactive, high-performance APIs utilizing Spring Boot WebFlux, ensuring both scalability and low latency in asynchronous settings.

• Architect and implement event-driven systems using methodologies such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, and messaging through Apache Kafka or Redpanda.

• Enhance non-blocking I/O operations via reactive programming (Project Reactor) and functional programming techniques (Java Functional APIs, Vavr).

• Guarantee resilience and fault tolerance in microservices using patterns like Circuit Breaker (Resilience4j), Retry, and Dead Letter Queue (DLQ).

• Engage with reactive databases (MongoDB Reactive Streams).

• Integrate varied systems (SOAP, REST, gRPC) with a focus on contract specifications (OpenAPI, Protocol Buffers).

• Contribute to establishing best practices and architectures, including Clean Code, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and automated testing (JUnit, TestContainers, MockWebServer).

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to develop CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Extensive experience with Spring Boot WebFlux, Project Reactor (Mono/Flux), and reactive programming.

• Strong grasp of the functional programming paradigm.

• Solid academic background, particularly in algorithm analysis and optimization.

• Expertise in Apache Kafka (producers/consumers, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry) or Redpanda.

• Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Familiarity with reactive databases (R2DBC, Reactive MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL, indexing, query planning).

• Experience with distributed architectures (Saga, Outbox Pattern) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Pulsar).

• Proficiency in Java 17+ (Records, Pattern Matching, Virtual Threads), Lombok, and MapStruct.

• Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Micrometer) and structured logging solutions (ELK, Grafana Loki).
