Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs both new and existing software systems and/or applications.

• Engages in the complete development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design.

• Attends software design meetings and assesses user needs to define technical requirements.

• Collaborates with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to fulfill their needs.

• Generates technical specifications based on conceptual designs and outlined business requirements.

• Acts as a technical authority on development projects.

• Researches and evaluates new technologies for potential implementation.

• Develops and maintains documentation for software functionalities, project planning, evaluations, budgeting, feedback, and enhancements.

• Provides estimates, budgets, project timelines, client updates, and manages expectations while aligning with team objectives.

• Reduces risks, prepares for risk mitigation, and ensures projects remain on schedule.

• Oversees user requirements and delivers timely project updates.

• Analyzes code to identify error causes and revises programs as necessary.

• Offers feedback for the performance evaluations of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of overall IT experience.

• More than 8 years of experience as a Java developer.

• Proficient in user interface design.

• Familiarity with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
