This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Work alongside a team to grasp and implement intricate logic within our backend platform solutions.

• Develop maintainable and scalable code adhering to industry best practices.

• Keep abreast of the newest techniques, frameworks, and libraries pertinent to Java backend development.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions, assess time and costs, and identify necessary specifications.

• Create, test, and deploy backend solutions that meet our clients' expectations.

• Offer ongoing maintenance for both current and upcoming projects.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to outline and develop product roadmaps.

• Partner with creative and development teams to execute concepts and projects successfully.

• Compose support documentation and deliver training to both internal and external users regarding the solutions offered.

• Be prepared to work additional hours when required, especially during GoLive deadlines or other critical project phases.

• Leverage iGaming knowledge to improve our solutions and adhere to industry standards.

• Expertise in Java Spring Boot for backend development.

• Proficient in Git Flow for version control.

• Knowledgeable in JPA (Java Persistence API) and Hibernate for database interactions.

• Strong SQL capabilities for effective database management.

• Familiarity with Redis for caching solutions.

• Experience with AWS SQS or RabbitMQ for messaging queueing.

• Skilled in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and adept in JUnit for unit testing.

• Understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Familiar with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud services.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, along with excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
