Japanese Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels

• Develop customized learning pathways

• Monitor student progress throughout the lesson

• Establish clear learning objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 Level proficiency in Japanese

• Valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or equivalent university qualifications

• Experience in online education and delivering 1:1 coaching or tailored learning assistance

• Proficiency of B2 or higher in an additional language

• Comfortable teaching skills in presentation, negotiation, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication

• Exceptional communication abilities

• High-speed internet connection

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera

• Must adhere to local freelance or contractor regulations
