Jailbreaking Lead – Red Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Spearhead jailbreaking initiatives on the most critical engagements.

• Personally design universal jailbreaks for both frontier closed- and open-weight models.

• Collaborate with Kellin to define the jailbreaking research agenda.

• Engage directly with frontier labs and government entities to ensure findings result in tangible mitigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of identifying high-severity vulnerabilities in advanced AI systems.

• Extensive hands-on experience in jailbreaking.

• Strong background in AI, adversarial machine learning, security, or another highly technical discipline.

• Created innovative attack classes.

• Displayed commitment to mission impact and a desire to make a significant difference in frontier AI systems.
