This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Conduct visits to industrial locations to evaluate production environments and devise the appropriate vacuum/filtration configurations.
• Manage the entire sales process: from generating leads and conducting site surveys to crafting proposals, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Offer technical consultancy in close collaboration with our global IVS Competence Center and internal teams.
• Supervise the implementation of solutions, which includes training, site acceptance, and after-sales support.
• Cultivate customer relationships with operations and production managers, and occasionally with purchasing departments.
• Ensure precise CRM tracking and project reporting.
• Actively contribute to the strategic growth of the IVS segment within your designated region.
• Substantial experience in industrial equipment sales or technical B2B consultancy.
• Previous experience with OEM, vacuum systems, dust extraction, or related technologies is advantageous.
• A technical background (diploma or higher) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in English and a native speaker of Czech or Slovak.
• Experienced with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Comfortable managing extended consultative sales cycles (6–12 months).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
