Ivalua Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure integrations on the Ivalua platform.

• Utilize the Ivalua Integration Framework.

• Develop both API-based and batch integrations.

• Define and execute data mappings and transformation logic using XML and JSON.

• Prevent duplicates, facilitate partial updates, and manage joint master data ownership.

• Create technical specifications for integration and mapping.

• Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end technical testing.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to integration and data.

• Monitor and stabilize operational Ivalua integrations.

• Assume responsibility for designated Ivalua integration topics.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and client IT teams.

• Engage in technical discussions, effort estimations, and solution design.

• Address technical inquiries and assist in issue resolution.

• Review technical deliverables and promote knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to the development of internal standards, templates, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform, particularly in integrations (approximately 2–3 years).

• Familiarity with the Ivalua Integration Framework.

• Proficient in REST / SOAP APIs, XML / JSON, and SQL.

• Capability to implement and troubleshoot integrations autonomously.

• Organized and solution-driven work approach.

• High standards of quality and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, or RFCs is advantageous.

• Experience with middleware solutions (e.g., SAP CPI/PO, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a bonus.

• Basic understanding of procurement and source-to-pay processes is desirable.

• Ivalua certifications (Integration, Platform, or Functional) are a plus.
