This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Actively participate in Ivalua projects with a focus on implementation and delivery.
• Configure and implement solutions on the Ivalua platform.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Conduct testing, error analysis, and optimizations during the ongoing project.
• Support workshops, with a clear emphasis on system implementation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and project managers.
• Take responsibility for specific deliverables within the project.
• Experience working with the Ivalua platform.
• Knowledge in procurement and purchasing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in project business (S2P, P2P, or related fields).
• Ivalua certification, at least L1 and L2.
• Strong interest in practical implementation, configuration, and problem-solving.
• Understanding of purchasing processes and their technical representation.
• Structured, pragmatic work approach and a hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in German and English at least at C1 level (!)
