This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging actively in Ivalua projects with an emphasis on implementation and delivery.
• Configuring and implementing solutions on the Ivalua platform.
• Converting business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Conducting testing, error analysis, and optimizations throughout ongoing projects.
• Assisting in workshops, with a strong focus on system implementation.
• Collaborating closely with clients, developers, and project managers.
• Taking responsibility for specific deliverables within the project.
• Proven experience working with the Ivalua platform.
• Familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of project experience (S2P, P2P, or related fields).
• Ivalua certification, at least L1 and L2.
• A keen interest in hands-on implementation, configuration, and problem-solving.
• Understanding of purchasing processes and their technical mapping.
• A structured, pragmatic approach to work along with a hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in German and English at least at C1 level.
