📋 Description

• Create passages and formulate test questions tailored to specific academic assessment projects for clients.

• Utilize state guidelines to produce relevant content.

• Guide developed content through internal evaluation processes.

• Engage in group evaluations, record notes, and apply recommended modifications.

• Comprehend and execute scoring methodologies for various types of items.

• Independently craft passages.

• Apply post-client and post-committee revisions as directed.

• Conduct final web approvals and clean up after committee reviews.

• Cultivate technical knowledge in item creation, scoring, and assessment review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in ELA (English Language Arts).

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to recognize issues and devise solutions.

• Competence in prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines.

• Proficient in collaboration and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Required travel of 1–6 weeks annually, typically lasting 2–5 days at a time.

• Must reside and work within the United States.

• Dependable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work.

• Active involvement in video interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with the camera on.
