Italian Translator, Linguist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert organizational materials from English to Italian.

• Assess and ensure the quality of translations done by others in your language.

• Offer translations for frequently used Wikimedia terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English.

• Mastery of the target language for translation (Italian).

• Experience in communication within the Wikimedia community.

• Familiarity with the Translate extension utilized on Meta-Wiki and other multilingual wikis.

• Background with WordPress or other content management platforms.
