Italian Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers who speak Italian with tracking their orders, addressing product inquiries, resolving billing issues, and updating subscriptions.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.

• Handle the processing of replacements or refunds.

• Provide effective solutions on the first contact.

• Guide users through navigating the platform, recovering accounts, and troubleshooting basic product issues.

• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and high-quality tone that aligns with brand standards.

• Update customer records, resolution actions, and service tickets utilizing enterprise support software.

• Represent prominent international brands while assisting Italian customers via phone, live chat, and email.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian.

• Professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Possession of a mandatory EU Passport or a valid work permit for Greece.

• Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece.

• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Greece.

• A quiet and private workspace is required.

• A stable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong active listening abilities.

• Comfort and proficiency in navigating multi-screen digital tools.
