📋 Description

• Manage calls as needed, conveying the meaning of discussions between Italian and English speakers.

• Eliminate the communication gap across various sectors served by LanguageLine Solutions: Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, and more.

• Maintain a professional attitude throughout interpretation sessions.

• Adhere to client guidelines to ensure that the expectations of Limited English-speaking Persons (LEP) are met.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English, with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances associated with each.

• Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking abilities to uphold a high degree of accuracy during interpretation.

• Capability to focus, maintain emotional detachment from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective at all times.

• Educational background or professional experience in language-related fields such as teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation is preferred.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
