This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee and manage IT projects along with operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution from the planning stage through implementation to successful conclusion.
• You facilitate collaboration within the IT team, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure tasks are completed punctually and to a high standard.
• You act as the primary point of contact for internal departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and solution-focused communication.
• You identify requirements early on, prioritize tasks in collaboration with stakeholders, and devise sustainable solutions for technical and organizational challenges.
• You assist the team in navigating complex IT issues, coordinate escalations, and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You pinpoint optimization opportunities within IT processes, system landscapes, and workflows, implementing enhancements in collaboration with the team.
• You systematically document projects, processes, and technical solutions, maintaining a clear and accessible knowledge base.
• You continuously enhance our project and team processes, fostering efficient collaboration and high service quality.
• You are responsible for planning, tracking, and closing tasks, monitoring schedules, budgets, and priorities, and supporting the strategic advancement of the IT sector.
• You work independently, bring forth new ideas, and actively participate in the ongoing development of our IT services and team structures.
• You possess substantial experience in coordinating and managing IT projects while effectively keeping track of multiple concurrent tasks.
• You blend organizational skills with technical knowledge, successfully coordinating requirements between clients, business units, and IT teams.
• You have hands-on experience in administering Windows client and server environments, as well as cloud solutions, and you understand technical interdependencies to provide proficient project support.
• You approach work in a structured, solution-oriented, and self-sufficient manner, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.
• You proactively tackle challenges, identify areas for optimization, and drive improvements with dedication.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of customer and service orientation.
• You aim not only to successfully deliver projects but also to actively participate in enhancing our processes, services, and the strategic direction of INVENTRY.
• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), hold a degree in an IT-related discipline, or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You are a team player, capable of confidently coordinating diverse interests, and you are persuasive through an open, trustworthy, and solution-focused work style.
• You possess very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
