IT Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Exhibit innovative and persistent sourcing abilities to identify and engage top-tier IT talent across North America and LATAM.

• Create strategic and imaginative sourcing plans and initiatives that motivate skilled individuals to join Sequoia Connect.

• Employ LinkedIn Recruiter, online research, networking, and proactive referral strategies.

• Collaborate closely with our marketing team and oversee all social media platforms to enhance engagement.

• Distribute content-driven communications, manage and activate paid social media campaigns and job postings.

• Coordinate (online) events and assessment centers, write blogs about life at Sequoia Connect, and promote content related to our services.

• Become proficient in SmartRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter, utilizing technology to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct pre-screening of potential candidates and collaborate with our Headhunting team, HR, and Hiring Managers to successfully conclude hiring campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in sourcing within North America, either at a Recruitment Agency, RPO, or in-house.

• Possess a hunter's mentality and be tenacious in your efforts to attract exceptional talent to Sequoia Connect.

• Exhibit a Sales and Marketing mindset, with a passion for engaging and communicating with individuals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

• High level of personal integrity.

• Outstanding organizational skills and a relentless drive to enhance efficiency.

• Strong collaboration skills and an openness to diverse perspectives when working with others.
