IT Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.

• Oversee and sustain the organization's technological infrastructure.

• Deliver technical assistance to both staff and volunteers.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software.

• Safeguard and secure the organization's data.

• Keep precise documentation of IT systems and procedures.

• Investigate and suggest innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT system administration or a similar field.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to work autonomously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and operating systems.

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure is advantageous.
