IT Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the dependable operation of automated warehouse solutions as part of the team.

• Engage in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

• Maintain and update applications as needed.

• Guarantee stable and secure system operations.

• Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of service processes using Jira Service Management and, in the future, Confluence.

• Contribute to modern deployment processes and monitoring solutions.

• Aid in the implementation of new technologies, including those related to AI.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments and international customers.

• Support on-site commissioning activities and gain insights into the systems and customer environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a relevant field.

• Solid understanding of both hardware and software.

• Practical experience in IT support or system operations.

• Knowledge of Oracle environments and SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ideally, familiarity with deployment processes, monitoring systems, or similar IT operations environments.

• Genuine interest in automated processes, technical systems, and intralogistics.

• A structured, reliable, and service-oriented work approach.

• Excellent teamwork skills and confident communication abilities with customers and colleagues.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to take part in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

• Prepared to support on-site commissioning activities prior to joining the on-call schedule.
