IT Support Specialist, 1st Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level IT assistance in-house through an internal hotline and ticketing system

• Assist employees of the Walter Services group of companies with IT-related inquiries

• Install software applications and conduct system updates

• Oversee the performance of hardware and software systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience in a similar position

• Strong technical skills and aptitude

• Preferably, vocational training in IT or equivalent qualifications; career changers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply

• Dependable, with the ability to work independently and meticulously

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Ideally, experience with Microsoft client and server products

• Eagerness to learn about new technologies
