IT Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the planning, administration, and oversight of IT infrastructures.

• Coordinate specialized topics within the E.ON Group context.

• Address IT requirements and incidents within the server environment.

• Enforce security policies from a technical standpoint.

• Analyze and address vulnerabilities as part of the vulnerability management process.

• Manage relationships with partner companies.

• Coordinate and supervise service providers.

• Prepare reports and analyses for clients and management.

• Engage in or lead a variety of IT projects.

• Participate in a recurring weekly on-call rotation approximately every five weeks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments.

• Familiarity with administering Linux environments.

• Understanding of operating virtual environments (VMware, Proxmox, Veeam).

• Experience in building and managing on-premises server infrastructures.

• Excellent written and spoken German proficiency.

• Good command of English is desirable.

• Valid Class B driver's license required.
