This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the lead administrator for NetSuite, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
• Oversee user administration, permissions, and system configurations.
• Ensure data quality and maintain platform documentation.
• Provide training to staff on the systems they utilize.
• Serve as a point of contact with technology vendors and support providers.
• Manage and sustain integrations across fundraising, CRM, financial, and operational systems.
• Resolve data synchronization issues effectively.
• Recognize manual processes and develop automated workflows using platform-native and low-code/no-code tools.
• Support API-based connections and middleware solutions.
• Document automated processes thoroughly.
• Assess practical AI tools and use cases that enhance staff productivity.
• Assist teams in responsibly adopting AI tools through guidelines, examples, and hands-on support.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility into organizational and program impact.
• Address reporting requirements across the organization.
• Monitor data accuracy and rectify integrity issues at their source.
• Take ownership of baseline information security, encompassing access management, security policies, and incident response.
• Conduct regular access reviews and system audits.
• Uphold IT policies and a fundamental business continuity/disaster recovery plan.
• Ensure that practices align with donor and organizational compliance expectations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, business systems management, or technology operations.
• At least 2 years of experience with NetSuite.
• Experience in administering cloud-based business applications.
• Strong comprehension of CRM, ERP, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Proven track record in building workflow automations, including AI platforms, Power Automate, Zapier, Celigo, etc., or leading practical process enhancements.
• Comfort in evaluating and rapidly learning new software and AI tools, translating them into practical applications for non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with information security fundamentals, including access management, policy, and incident response.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take on multiple roles within a lean, remote team.
• Knowledge in data management, system integration, data validation, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
• Skills in process mapping, workflow automation, AI utilization, problem-solving, and continual improvement.
• Proficiency in change management, training, communication, technology enablement, and AI literacy.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, business insights, and data storytelling.
