This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise daily operations, including ticket management and strategic projects, to ensure efficient workflows.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among IT teams in the APAC region and the United States, optimizing processes and boosting efficiency.
• Set up networks, manage Google Workspaces, and deliver end-user support. Enhance onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee employees are productive from their first day.
• Advocate for security enhancements, protecting hardware and systems while offering daily hands-on assistance to users and the team to achieve business objectives.
• Optimize vendor relationships by managing both new and existing partnerships. Oversee hardware procurement logistics, shipping/receiving, and repair/upgrades for APAC staff to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Team Leader or Manager is required.
• At least 4 years of IT experience covering diverse areas such as end-user support, security, networks, remote environments, and access management.
• More than 1 year of managerial or project leadership experience is essential.
• Previous experience in IT logistics within the Philippines or the APAC region is preferred.
• Familiarity with a SaaS-focused environment using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs, and other cloud management tools to support over 400 team members.
• Experience in providing support for both Mac and Windows environments for end-users.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to foresee challenges without needing additional supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in multitasking effectively.
• Competent in making decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, or Security+ are preferred.
• Experience in Information Security, including certifications such as CISM or CISSP, is preferred.
• Must possess a working laptop/PC and reliable internet and backup connection.
