This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver daily IT support to end users across various platforms.
• Address issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop clear and practical self-help resources for colleagues.
• Oversee and maintain the IT asset and contract register.
• Facilitate colleague onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Assist the broader team with project tasks and significant initiatives.
• Conduct regular maintenance on core platforms.
• Help ensure that systems remain secure and stable.
• Offer hands-on support as the approachable, confident, and supportive representative of IT within Enginuity Group.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to establish and sustain positive, effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Confidence in organizing workload efficiently.
• Experience in managing tickets effectively through an ITSM helpdesk platform such as FreshService, ZenDesk, or ServiceNow.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding attention to detail and precision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Solid understanding of Windows 11 and Windows Server operating systems, including patching and security.
• Experience in managing users and groups in Entra ID.
• Familiarity with deploying applications and settings via Intune across laptops and mobile devices.
• Experience utilizing RMM tools to provide remote support.
• Experience in creating and supporting sites, managing permissions, and working with iOS devices.
• Experience in deploying iOS devices through Apple Business Manager.
• Azure experience, including VMs and fundamental networking concepts, is desirable but not mandatory.
• Understanding of crucial Cyber Security principles and tools is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in crafting prompts using AI tools such as CoPilot is advantageous but not essential.
• Must reside in England, Scotland, or Wales.
• Must be willing to undertake occasional national travel for quarterly meetings and ad hoc events.
• UK relocation support and visa sponsorship are not available.
