This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Engage in a fully online, full-time training program lasting 12.5 months

• Must qualify for an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein, BGS) from the employment services agency

• Demonstrated interest in IT topics and a commitment to self-improvement

• Completion of an aptitude assessment or prior IT experience, professional background in digital fields or healthcare, or a strong personal passion for the subject

• Must be eligible to register as a client of the Federal Employment Agency, Jobcenter, or statutory pension insurance institution

• Able to commit to full-time participation in the 12.5-month training program
