This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.
• The IT/Software Partner Manager is tasked with overseeing and enhancing iHorizons’ partner ecosystem.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with partners to promote sustainable growth.
• Evaluate and prioritize new partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment and revenue potential.
• Assist in driving sales growth by augmenting business leads generated from partners.
• Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, ensuring that business plans remain on track.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Alliance Manager position within the IT/software sector.
• A proven history of managing tier-level partnerships with prominent technology vendors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Robust leadership qualities and characteristics.
• Proficient in English (Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage).
• Technically adept with a solid understanding of market trends and vendor solutions in IT and software.
• Practical knowledge of key technology ecosystems relevant to iHorizons’ portfolio (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google, or similar enterprise platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solution landscapes.
