This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist the IT Service Desk and IAM functions by processing user access requests.
• Manage account permissions while ensuring prompt onboarding and support for internal systems.
• Concentrate on platforms such as PowerSchool, Salesforce, and enterprise email services.
• Engage in a ticket-based environment, managing provisioning-related incidents and requests.
• Evaluate user access requests for systems to determine whether to create or modify accounts.
• Resolve access-related issues and update tickets with progress and resolution information.
• Support onboarding activities and coordinate provisioning needs related to lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with various IT and business teams to address access requirements.
• Document access modifications and adhere to internal security and compliance protocols.
• Fundamental understanding of IT Service Desk operations.
• Knowledge of account provisioning principles (user accounts, permissions, access control).
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the importance of meeting established response and resolution timelines.
• Capability to adhere to structured processes and workflows.
• Keen attention to detail when managing access requests.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field (preferred).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) (preferred).
• Background in supporting enterprise systems such as PowerSchool and Salesforce (preferred).
