This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in the deployment and enhancement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), such as those aligned with ISO 27001 or the BSI IT-Grundschutz standard.

• Evaluate current security frameworks and pinpoint possible risks and vulnerabilities.

• Aid in the formulation of security policies, strategies, and risk assessments.

• Facilitate client workshops aimed at creating security-compliant organizations.

• Gradually take on project responsibilities, from supporting project teams to independently managing projects.

• Actively engage with the team, share knowledge with Senior Consultants, and pursue continuous development through mentoring and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in an IT-related discipline or a degree in STEM—or an equivalent qualification.

• Consulting experience in an IT or technology setting, acquired through projects, internships, or initial full-time roles.

• Fundamental understanding of information security, IT security standards, or risk management.

• Enthusiasm for Information Security Management, security processes, or related security standards.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.

• Proficient communication skills in German (C1) and English.

• Commitment to ongoing professional and personal growth.
