IT Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of security architecture frameworks and roadmaps that encompass on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

• Define the enterprise identity and authentication architecture utilizing Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Spearhead security architecture initiatives for domain, forest, and tenant consolidation projects.

• Set security architecture standards for various infrastructure and technology platforms.

• Establish cloud security architecture standards applicable across enterprise cloud platforms.

• Define security standards for cloud, containers, and DevSecOps practices.

• Set forth data protection and cryptographic architecture standards.

• Define security architecture for network and hybrid connectivity.

• Establish standards for security telemetry, logging, and audit architecture.

• Lead security architecture assessments, threat modeling, and risk evaluations for significant initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise security or infrastructure architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of identity architecture, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and privileged access models.

• Extensive experience in designing security models for hybrid enterprise technology.

• Proven ability to define enterprise technology architecture standards and security guardrails.

• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and various enterprise regulatory frameworks.

• CISSP certification is preferred.

• Azure security or architecture certifications (AZ-500, AZ-305) are preferred.

• Experience in supporting large-scale domain, identity, or tenant consolidation projects is preferred.
