IT Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the flow of information within a development project team.

• Mentor and coach both the Scrum Team and Development Team utilizing Agile/Scrum principles and values.

• Demonstrate servant leadership and set a positive example on complex or multiple projects.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles or guide the team in overcoming barriers to progress.

• Foster a trusting and secure environment that encourages the identification of issues.

• Facilitate the completion of work, discussions, decision-making, and resolution of conflicts.

• Assist with both internal and external communications, ensuring transparency and sharing of information.

• Support and educate the team in refining and managing the product backlog.

• Conduct daily stand-ups and oversee the use of agile tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the absence of a Bachelor’s degree.

• Knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, theories, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Proven experience in leading and motivating others while exhibiting empathy.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
