IT Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing both inside and field sales operations

• Providing expert advice to customers regarding hardware and software solutions

• Collaborating closely with the technical team to prepare accurate quotes

• Taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring proper documentation

• Formulating and executing sales strategies in alignment with management directives

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann) or a similar qualification

• Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledgeable about hardware and software (e.g., server/storage, networking, cloud)

• Preferably experienced with ERP systems (inventory/warehouse management) and ticketing platforms

• Ability to work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented approach

• Strong teamwork abilities, initiative, and excellent communication skills

• Possession of a valid driving license (Class B)

• Proficient in German, with language skills at least at C1 level (CEFR)
