IT Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Spanish market.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Comprehend customer business and technology needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.

• Oversee the entire sales process, which includes lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solution proposals.

• Meet sales targets and play a role in revenue growth and market development.

• Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, and updates within the CRM system.

• Facilitate account growth through upselling and fostering long-term customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.

• Strong comprehension of IT services and technology solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to build client relationships and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

• Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is essential.
