This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate $1.5 million in business revenue during the fiscal year by implementing proactive sales strategies.
• Conduct a minimum of 25 cold calls and 50 outbound emails daily to create new business opportunities.
• Participate in one networking event each week to broaden professional connections and identify potential clients.
• Arrange at least eight new meetings monthly to showcase our solutions to prospective clients.
• Secure four new deals each month, with an average deal size of $35,000.
• Maintain 95% retention of top-tier accounts throughout the year by performing quarterly business reviews and spotting new opportunities.
• Investigate additional revenue avenues from new geographical areas, industries, or customer segments, targeting a 5% increase in overall sales year-over-year.
• Elevate brand presence on social media, collect positive testimonials and reviews, and enhance referral and customer retention rates.
• Extensive sales experience, ideally with familiarity in SPIN Solutions Selling or Gap Selling methodologies.
• Proficient in articulating complex ideas clearly and building relationships based on trust and expertise.
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated in both formal and informal settings.
• Ability to engage with executive and C-suite individuals as a peer.
• Strong capability to build and manage a personal book of business through effective prospecting.
• Comprehensive understanding of business operations across various functional areas.
• Solid grasp of the managed service sector, including cybersecurity, telecommunications, SaaS, and networking.
• Skills to devise and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
