This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ In the role of Sales Consultant, you will provide advice to current partners regarding technical inquiries while fostering long-term collaboration.
β’ Oversee and enhance existing customer relationships, concentrating on cross-selling and generating leads from the current customer base (without cold calling).
β’ Engage in direct sales of infrastructure software tailored for Windows systems; actively assist reseller partners and ensure optimal market positioning of products.
β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base, providing support to partners throughout the implementation process.
β’ Bring in new business through consultative advising and by reinforcing enduring partnerships.
β’ Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Background in customer consulting or a willingness to grow in this area β entry as a Junior or Mid-level position is available based on experience.
β’ Excellent communication abilities coupled with a strong team-oriented mindset.
β’ Prior experience in cross-selling and a knack for identifying further opportunities.
β’ Enthusiasm for a broad and diverse range of responsibilities.
β’ Preferable: foundational IT knowledge.
