This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent management of the recruiting process – from clarifying needs and candidate search to successful hiring.

• Active sourcing and direct outreach to qualified IT professionals via LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant platforms.

• Close collaboration with sales and management to understand client and project requirements and to create suitable search profiles.

• Recruiting specialists in software development, IT architecture, project management, consulting, AI, and data.

• Support for tenders and client inquiries by identifying and preparing suitable candidate profiles.

• Establishing and maintaining a relevant talent pool.

• Continuous development of recruiting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial professional experience in IT recruiting, ideally including active sourcing.

• A solid understanding of IT profiles and an interest in current technological developments.

• Experience in direct outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn and XING.

• Interest in AI, data, and new technological roles, along with a willingness to familiarize oneself with new search profiles.

• Enjoyment in close collaboration with sales and specialist departments.

• Independent and structured working style.

• Initiative and a hands-on mentality.

• Reliability and organizational talent.

• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
